Maine Sensory Retreat

Unwind Yourself

Picture yourself on a 100 acre farm surrounded by forests, streams, wild grasslands, and a renovated farmhouse. Heritage sheep graze in the distance as you make your way to the wood fired sauna, passing the verdant vegetable garden filled with heirloom tomatoes and cutting flowers. The scent of apple blossoms fills the breeze. Time slows down.

This could be you.

Maine Sensory Retreat

Welcome to Brooks, Maine, where time moves more slowly and we invite you to as well.

Among the beauty and quiet of the forest, you will experience a grounding retreat lead by coach/artist Natalie Davis. Designed by and for the highly sensitive person, the Maine Sensory Retreat is a transformative time to connect back to our five senses and rest.

Set in a charming and fully renovated farmhouse, we will relax, go slow, and create space for one another. You will share chef-prepared meals and stories in an intimate setting of 10 curated guests. Over the course of 4 nights and 5 days, you will exhale and unwind fully. Enjoy chilly nights and mornings in the middle of Maine summer, followed by afternoon sunshine and bright skies. After walks in the forest or resting at the pond, you will warm yourself with evening fires, good conversation, and time in the wood-fired sauna. We’ve designed this retreat to truly engage all your senses and refill your cup.
